5-Minute Strawberry Soft Serve is a healthy, creamy frozen dessert made with frozen strawberries, banana, and Greek yogurt. This quick strawberry soft serve is naturally sweet, smooth, and ready in minutes without churning.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 large frozen banana, sliced before freezing
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, or coconut)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream (optional)
  • Fresh strawberries (for topping)
  • Granola (optional topping)
  • Dark chocolate chips (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Place frozen strawberries and frozen banana into a high-powered blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse several times to break up the fruit.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt.
  4. Blend on low speed until crumbly, scraping down sides as needed.
  5. Add milk one tablespoon at a time until mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  6. Add honey or maple syrup if desired and blend briefly to combine.
  7. Continue blending until thick, smooth, and soft-serve consistency forms.
  8. Serve immediately in bowls or cones, or chill 10 to 15 minutes for slightly firmer texture.
  9. Add desired toppings and enjoy immediately.
