Instructions
- Place frozen strawberries and frozen banana into a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Pulse several times to break up the fruit.

- Blend on low speed until crumbly, scraping down sides as needed.
- Add milk one tablespoon at a time until mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add honey or maple syrup if desired and blend briefly to combine.
- Continue blending until thick, smooth, and soft-serve consistency forms.
- Serve immediately in bowls or cones, or chill 10 to 15 minutes for slightly firmer texture.
- Add desired toppings and enjoy immediately.
