Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, and black pepper.
3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour marinade over them.
4. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best flavor.
5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
7. Spoon extra sauce over chicken.
8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
