Ingredients
1 package ravioli
1 cup pesto sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Prepare pesto sauce in blender
3. Spread pesto in baking dish
4. Layer ravioli and cheese
5. Repeat layers and add broth
6. Top with remaining cheese
7. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden
8. Let rest before serving
