- Optional: whipped cream or cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Mash banana in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
- Stir until hot but not boiling.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and frothy.
- Brew espresso or strong coffee.
- Pour banana milk over espresso.
- Top with whipped cream or cinnamon stick and serve.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
To make it iced, chill the milk mixture and serve over ice.
For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and maple syrup.
