- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
- 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter (optional swirl)
- 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mini muffin tray.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth.
- Whisk in protein powder if using until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in blueberries. Lightly mash a few for a swirl effect if desired.
- Mix in optional ingredients like chia seeds, chocolate chips, or coconut.
- If using granola, sprinkle a small amount into each mold before adding yogurt mixture.
- Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of mixture into small rounds on prepared sheet or into molds.
- Smooth tops with the back of a spoon.
- Freeze for at least 2–3 hours until completely firm.
- Transfer frozen bites to an airtight freezer-safe container for storage.
- Let sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before serving for best texture.

- Store in freezer up to 2 months in an airtight container.
- Do not refrigerate long-term as bites will soften.
- Allow to soften slightly before eating for creamier texture.
