- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (divided)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8–10 slider buns (brioche or potato)
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar (optional)
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, panko, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide mixture into 8–10 equal portions and shape into slider-sized patties slightly wider than the buns.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Brush or toss warm patties with remaining 1/4 cup buffalo sauce.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush buns with melted butter and toast 3–5 minutes until lightly golden.
- Assemble sliders with buffalo chicken patties, cheese if using, and ranch-dressed coleslaw. Serve warm.
