Ingredients
2 medium chicken breasts (about 350g), sliced
1 cup cottage cheese
3 tablespoons buffalo sauce
4 large whole wheat tortillas
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon lime juice
Optional: 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Optional: fresh parsley or cilantro
Instructions
1. Slice chicken into thin strips and pat dry.
2. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through.
4. Reduce heat and add buffalo sauce. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes until coated.
5. Mix cottage cheese with lime juice until creamy.
6. Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
7. Spread cottage cheese mixture on each tortilla.
8. Add buffalo chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
9. Optional: drizzle Greek yogurt and add fresh herbs.
10. Fold sides and roll tightly into wraps. Slice and serve.
