Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix blended cottage cheese, egg, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Add flour and baking powder and mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.

  7. Remove crust and rest for 3–4 minutes.

  10. Bake another 10–12 minutes until cheese bubbles and lightly browns.
  11. Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes for added color.
  12. Rest 5 minutes, garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and serve.
