This Decadent Oreo Icebox Cake is a no-bake layered dessert made with Oreo cookies, fluffy whipped cream, rich chocolate pudding, and silky ganache. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, date nights, or make-ahead celebrations.

- 3 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold whole milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for ganache)
- ¼ cup chocolate shavings (optional)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup crushed Oreos (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Whisk instant pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thick. Let sit 5 minutes to set.
- Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and pinch of salt; mix well.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over cookies.
- Spread chocolate pudding evenly over cream cheese layer.
- Add another layer of Oreos on top.
- Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over cookies.
- Top with remaining whipped cream and smooth evenly.
- Heat ½ cup heavy cream until steaming; pour over chocolate chips and let sit 2 minutes.
- Stir ganache until smooth and drizzle over whipped cream layer.
- Garnish with chocolate chips, shavings, crushed Oreos, or strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate 6–8 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.
