- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place chicken on top of potatoes.
- Sprinkle rosemary and drizzle olive oil over everything.
- Pour in chicken broth around the sides.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra rosemary if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs with boneless skinless thighs or breasts, but reduce cook time slightly to avoid drying out.
