Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 4–6 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1–2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional)
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
1. Slice chicken into thin strips if raw.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
4. Add chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked.
6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
7. Prepare vegetables by chopping and slicing.
8. Mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and hot sauce.
9. Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 20–30 seconds.
10. Assemble wraps with lettuce, chicken, vegetables, cheese, avocado, and sauce.
11. Fold sides and roll tightly.
12. Optional: toast wraps for 1–2 minutes per side until crispy.
