- ½ tsp paprika

Instructions
- Pat steak bites completely dry and season with kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Sear steak bites in a single layer for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and rest.
- Lower heat to medium and fry sliced shallots until golden and crispy. Remove and drain.
- Reduce heat to low. Melt butter, then add garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Stir until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce and lemon juice to the butter sauce.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat for 1–2 minutes.
