Description

This Gelatin Appetite Suppressant Drink is a light, glossy, low-calorie treat made with just three simple ingredients. Refreshing, softly set, and gently sweet, it works beautifully as a healthy snack or dessert alternative.


Ingredients

  • 1 packet (0.3 oz / 8–9 g) sugar-free gelatin powder (strawberry, raspberry, cherry, or lemon)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold water
  • 12 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh berries (optional topping)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a full boil.
  2. Pour boiling water into a heat-safe bowl and add the sugar-free gelatin powder.
  3. Whisk continuously for 1–2 minutes until completely dissolved and glossy.
  4. Slowly stir in 1 cup of cold water.
  5. Add lemon juice or optional add-ins if desired and stir gently.
  6. Pour into serving glasses, jars, or a shallow dish.
  7. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully set.
  8. Serve chilled, or stir gently for a slushy-style texture.

Notes

  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days.
  • Do not freeze, as freezing alters texture and may cause separation.
