Ingredients
- 500g lean ground beef
- 3 medium potatoes cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup pickles sliced
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 220C or 425F
2. Toss potatoes with olive oil salt pepper and paprika
3. Roast potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes flipping halfway
4. Heat skillet over medium high heat
5. Cook ground beef breaking apart for 6 to 8 minutes
6. Season beef with garlic powder onion powder salt and pepper
7. Mix Greek yogurt ketchup mustard and vinegar for sauce
8. Prepare lettuce tomatoes pickles and onion
9. Assemble bowls with lettuce base
10. Add crispy potatoes and cooked beef
11. Top with vegetables and shredded cheese
12. Drizzle special sauce and serve
