Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
- Dark chocolate chips (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, and chia seeds. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to soften.
2. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey, and protein powder until smooth.
3. Slice strawberries and lightly mash some if desired for extra juiciness.
4. In a jar or glass, add a layer of oats as the base.
5. Add a layer of yogurt, followed by a layer of strawberries.
6. Repeat layers until the container is full, finishing with strawberries on top.
7. Add optional toppings like granola, coconut flakes, or almond butter.
8. Serve immediately or chill for 1–2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Keep granola separate until serving to maintain crunch.
- Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup.
- Store in fridge up to 4 days for meal prep.
- Add a splash of milk if oats thicken too much.
