Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4–6 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped or whole leaves)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Reserve a small portion of the sauce for later use.
3. Coat chicken with marinade and let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C).
5. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
6. Remove chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
7. Warm tortillas for 20–30 seconds per side.
8. Assemble wraps with lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
9. Drizzle reserved sauce or mix it with Greek yogurt for a creamy version.
10. Top with parsley, wrap tightly, and serve.
