- 500g steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed
- 500g baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: 1 cup broccoli or green beans
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
2. Cut steak into cubes and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, stirring quickly.
5. Pour in hot honey and soy sauce. Simmer 1–2 minutes until thick and glossy.
6. Optional: sauté vegetables in the same pan until tender-crisp.
7. Remove potatoes from oven and let rest briefly.
8. Combine steak and potatoes or serve side by side.
9. Finish with lemon juice and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan when searing steak.
- Use high heat for a proper crust.
- Reheat potatoes in oven or air fryer to keep crispiness.
