Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp hot honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa

- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
1. Prep all ingredients by mincing garlic, slicing vegetables, and cooking rice or quinoa if needed
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef, breaking it apart and browning היט
