Description

Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos are crispy, golden low-carb taquitos filled with creamy ranch-seasoned chicken, smoky bacon, and melted cheese. High in protein and perfect for dinner or meal prep, they deliver crunch and comfort without the carb overload.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small low-carb tortillas
  • Olive oil spray, as needed
  • Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish (optional)
  • Ranch dressing, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, bacon, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined. Microwave 15–20 seconds if needed to soften for easier mixing.
  4. Warm low-carb tortillas in the microwave for 10–15 seconds wrapped in a damp paper towel.
  5. Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling along the lower third of each tortilla.
  6. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray.
  8. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispness if desired.
  9. Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with parsley or chives and serve with ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

  • Do not overfill tortillas to prevent tearing.
  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway for even crispness.
  • Store refrigerated up to 4 days.
  • Reheat in oven or air fryer to maintain crisp texture.
