Ingredients

- 5 oz raw shrimp
- 2 cups shredded lettuce or cabbage
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Toss shrimp with lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cook shrimp in a nonstick pan or air fryer until just pink and cooked through.
- Sauté shredded lettuce or cabbage with vinegar and a pinch of salt.
- Serve shrimp on top of sautéed veggies.
- Optional: Garnish with cucumber or herbs.
