Quick Buffalo Chicken Wraps are spicy, creamy, and ready in just 15 minutes. Juicy chicken tossed in bold buffalo sauce pairs perfectly with cool ranch, crisp veggies, and soft tortillas for a fast and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Shred or dice cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

3. Add chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Cook for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.

5. Pour in buffalo sauce and toss to coat evenly.

6. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.

7. Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing in a bowl until smooth.

8. Warm tortillas for 15–20 seconds until soft.

9. Spread creamy ranch mixture on each tortilla.

10. Add buffalo chicken on top.

11. Layer with lettuce, celery, carrots, cheese, and green onions.

12. Add blue cheese if desired.

13. Fold sides and roll tightly into wraps.

14. Optional: toast wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
  • Do not assemble wraps too early to avoid soggy tortillas.
