Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 6–8 skewers (wooden or metal)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
2. Cut chicken into evenly sized cubes.
3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, ranch seasoning, paprika, black pepper, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese.
4. Add chicken and toss until fully coated. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
5. Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
6. Lightly spray air fryer basket and place skewers in a single layer.
7. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
8. Brush with extra garlic butter if desired and garnish with parsley before serving.
