Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
4. Pour in buffalo sauce and toss to coat evenly.
5. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
6. Reduce heat and add cream cheese, stirring until fully melted.
7. Add half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese and mix until gooey.
8. Warm tortillas for about 20 seconds until soft.
9. Place buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
10. Top with remaining cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions.
11. Add blue cheese crumbles if desired.
12. Fold sides and roll tightly into wraps.
13. Place wraps seam-side down in a skillet.
14. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
15. Let rest briefly before slicing and serving.
