Description
A quick and healthy strawberry Greek yogurt parfait layered with creamy yogurt, fresh strawberries, and crunchy granola. Perfect for breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup granola
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons almond butter (optional)
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup blueberries (optional)
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey, and lemon zest until smooth.
2. Wash and slice strawberries. Optionally mix with a little honey.
3. Add a layer of yogurt to a glass or jar.
4. Add granola, then strawberries on top.
5. Repeat layers until the glass is full.
6. Top with chia seeds, coconut flakes, or other toppings.
7. Drizzle with honey or almond butter if desired.
8. Serve immediately or chill for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat yogurt for extra creaminess.
- Keep granola separate if meal prepping to maintain crunch.
- Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored up to 2 days (without granola).
