  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 sandwich buns (ciabatta, hoagie, or whole grain)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)

Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

2. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the chicken, then pour Caesar dressing on top.

3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and fully cooked.

4. Remove chicken and shred using two forks, then return it to the slow cooker to soak up the sauce.
