Description

Tiramisu dessert balls are rich, no-bake treats made with mascarpone, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and cocoa. These bite-sized delights deliver classic tiramisu flavor in a quick and easy form.


Ingredients

  • Ladyfinger cookies (200g, crushed)
  • Mascarpone cheese (250g)
  • Strong brewed coffee or espresso (½ cup / 120ml, cooled)
  • Powdered sugar (½ cup / 60g)
  • Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
  • Cocoa powder (¼ cup, for coating)
  • Dark chocolate (optional, 100g melted)
  • Heavy cream (2 tbsp)
  • Coffee liqueur (optional, 1–2 tbsp)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips (optional, ¼ cup)
  • Cocoa nibs (optional)

Instructions

1. Crush ladyfinger cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.

2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

3. Gradually add cooled coffee and mix until fully combined. Add coffee liqueur if using.

4. Stir in crushed cookies until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.

5. Scoop small portions and roll into smooth balls.

6. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until firm.

7. Roll in cocoa powder or dip in melted chocolate, then serve.
