Instructions

1. In a medium bowl combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.

2. Whisk the marinade until smooth and glossy.

3. Place chicken pieces in a bowl or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over the chicken.

4. Coat the chicken thoroughly and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 3–5 minutes.

6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

7. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

8. Cook for 10–12 minutes, then flip the chicken using tongs.

9. Continue cooking another 8–10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

10. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.

11. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the chicken before serving.
