Ingredients

  • 23 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Add spinach and drained artichoke hearts to the bottom of the slow cooker.

3. Place seasoned chicken on top of the vegetables.

4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Italian dressing mix, and chicken broth until smooth.

5. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken.

6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until chicken is tender.

7. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it into the sauce.

8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes on top.

9. Let sit for 10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
