Cheesy baked ravioli casserole is a simple, comforting dinner made with layers of ravioli, marinara, and melted cheese baked to perfection.
Ingredients
1 bag frozen ravioli
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh basil and parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
2. Mix marinara sauce with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
3. Combine ricotta, half mozzarella, half Parmesan, and spinach in a bowl
4. Spread marinara sauce in baking dish
5. Layer ravioli, cheese mixture, and sauce repeatedly
6. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan
7. Cover and bake 25 minutes
8. Uncover and bake 15 minutes until golden and bubbly
9. Rest 10 minutes before serving
Notes
Use fresh ravioli for softer texture
Add cooked ground beef for extra protein
