Description
These Garlic Chicken Wraps are a healthy and easy dinner made with juicy garlic-seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy yogurt sauce wrapped in soft tortillas.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced thin
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 large whole wheat tortillas
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 cups romaine lettuce shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 medium cucumber diced
- 1/4 small red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or feta (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
1. Combine chicken with olive oil garlic paprika oregano salt and pepper
2. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes if possible
3. Heat skillet and cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked
4. Let chicken rest for a few minutes
5. Mix yogurt lemon juice honey and a pinch of salt for sauce
6. Warm tortillas until soft and pliable
7. Spread sauce on each tortilla
8. Add lettuce cucumber tomatoes onion and cooked chicken
9. Sprinkle cheese and parsley if using
10. Wrap tightly and optionally toast until golden
11. Slice and serve warm
