Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
3 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 head romaine lettuce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup croutons
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
Cherry tomatoes (optional)
Black olives (optional)
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
2. Wash and chop romaine lettuce and place in a bowl.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
5. Let chicken rest, then slice into strips.
6. Add chicken to salad and top with parmesan and dressing.
7. Toss gently and add croutons before serving.
