Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Stir Fry is a quick, healthy dinner packed with tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and a flavorful sweet-savory sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast
1 cup bell peppers
1 cup snap peas
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp ginger
2 green onions
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
3 cups cooked rice or noodles
Instructions
1. Cut chicken and marinate with soy sauce for 10 minutes
2. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl
3. Cook chicken until golden and set aside
4. Stir fry vegetables until crisp tender
5. Return chicken and add sauce
6. Cook until sauce thickens
7. Garnish and serve hot
Notes
Use fresh garlic for best flavor
Do not overcook vegetables
