- 1 cup buffalo-style hot sauce (choose mild or medium for less heat)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
For Serving:
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas (warmed)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
- ½ cup ranch or blue cheese-style dressing (alcohol-free)
- Fresh cilantro leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions:
- Prepare the slow cooker: Place chicken breasts in your crock pot.
