- Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional for Serving:

Directions:
- Prep the Zoodles 🥒
Spiralize zucchinis into noodles using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. - Sauté the Aromatics 🧄
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t let it burn). - Add the Zucchini Noodles 🍝
Toss in the zucchini noodles and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring gently until just tender. - Season & Finish 🍋
